Got call from hr and had discussions about current company, salary (ctc and ectc) and so on. After that had technical round then submitted designs as asked for. After all that for next one week didn't get any response from hr and at last i txt her to know status, she said they are reviewing. We had salary discussion again. But after that i never heard from them. When you can't pay a candidate why waste their time and effort by giving them hope. So for me it was a very bad experience with this company's interview process.
