Very extensive and lengthy interview process. There are several steps, starting with a phone interview followed by multiple panel interviews. The next steps are an assessment which will determine if you are a good fit to the team and firm.

Lengthy process. Psych evaluation, aptitude test. Although everyone was pleasant with me. I thought it was a bit much for the position. I wasn't expecting such a detailed interview process.
