A very thorough interview process! 4 face-to-face interviews (2 with detailed case studies) , a written IQ test, 2 personality / behavioural tests and one organisational psychologist telephone interview. Communication from the recruitment team was excellent throughout and progress to each stage was quick and efficient. Face to face interviews were tough but very friendly.

Business case assessment test, 2 rounds with 2 interviews each with business case and personal and professional questions and a final interview round only with personal questions with the managing partner. response time is very slow which I felt discouraging
