I was contacted by Kimberly Perera for an impromptu interview/prescreening call that took about 45 minutes. She described the needs of the company, the responsibilities of the role, and what the training process was like. She also mentioned that there would be a personality assessment and a long-response style "describe yourself" essay that would need to be completed before the next phase of the interview. After hanging up, we set up a time for the followup interview with the HR team and I completed the personality assessment + self-description essay. I received an email the morning of my scheduled interview letting me know that they were canceling and I was ineligible for the position because "Your report stated you were non-compatible with the team based on your selection, responses. " If a company is going to prescreen and hire people based on personality tests, they may as well hire based on zodiac signs. Be wary of this company and their less-than-professional hiring practices.
