Interview was well organize with 8 interviewers over two weeks. However, there were no communication or follow up for 3 months. I gave up on the company. Things only got moving when the employee referee follow up with executive management. Wanted to turn the job down as I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism. Only accepted because the referee told me the senior executive had personally follow up with HR to make offer happen. I finally accepted because I was impressed with the executive's commitment.

Extremely hostile HR screener call, seemed designed to put me off the company - even though they set up the call. Job description called for a senior, experienced candidate; but clear from screener that preference was for a much more junior person. Odd and dishonest framing.
