Entire process took over two months, with a minimum of a week between each contact. Recruiter was extremely professional and a pleasure to interact with. Process: phone interview with recruiter, phone interview with director - those went very well. In-person interview with three interviewers in Raleigh, NC - again went very well. Flown out to CA for in-person meetings - that was a bit of a disaster. Hotel was in a sketchy part of town. Interviews with hiring manager were again great, but interviews with others were just weird. One person ate - and talked with his mouth open - all through our discussion. Another scheduled interviewer was unavailable, which is fine, things happen, so they substituted another interviewer, but I was never informed of this, and while I was sitting there expecting a woman next, a guy walked in and just started grilling me without ever introducing himself - not even a name. Mixed bag overall - some people were just outstanding and I'm grateful for having had the chance to meet them, and others left me wondering what the heck just happened.
