J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Alight Solutions
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me almost 1 month after I applied. The phone screen was very straight forward and went well. I explained that I had 8 years of sales compensation experience. I asked for a specific salary range because I had other interviews and offers lined up. I received a follow up call from the Alight recruiter to tell me that I would not be moving on in the interview process because the hiring manager "didn't have time" to train me on a specific software tool that was required. While I have 8 years experience using similar tools, it wasn't good enough. This was over 2 months ago and I am currently employed elsewhere and this position at Alight is still open. I don't think I want to work anywhere where people "don't have time." Why are they so busy? Why are things this way?
