Terrible experience! I got a technical interview over phone. The hiring manager called me 10 min late, without any explanation or apologies. While I was speaking, I heard he said 'hello?' I thought there might be some issues in phone connection, but I found I had been wrong soon. The hiring manager was answering another phone call! No notice, no explanation, and no apologies. The call last for 15 min in total, including self introduction and Q&A. I don't know how long a technical interview is supposed to be, but definitely more than 15 min. All his behavior told me 'I don't have interests in you' and 'you are not worth my respect'. Really bad experience!
