Let me start off by saying that the director in which I interviewed with was very nice. The supervisor I interviewed with next came off as very nice. They both explained what the job description was and said they were seeking full time staff with some on calls. I made it very clear I was interested in full time. The day after the interview, I was contacted by a who woman who sounded very unprofessional and as if she was tired or just rolled out of bed. This woman let me know that I was being offered an on call position and I wasn't thrilled but I was still grateful that I'd be given an opportunity to work with the LGBT youth. I asked the lady if there weren't any full time positions available and she said "I guess not" I said oh ok I'll accept the on call..she said are you sure? I said yes .. she then proceeded to say well you gonna need "this and that and I suggest you have your stuff together for when HR calls" - RED FLAG. Completely unprofessional, you don't know me , we are not friends.

Lowkey a mess. Didn’t get reached out to till a month after i applied, didn’t get interview till a next month, had interview then didn’t hear back till another month 😭😭 but cool people easy interview.
Was good, asked appropriate questions and was friendly, All questions were well crafted and in depth. I would suggest getting ready for the interview by asking yourself common questions about your work history.

Questioned about my experience with lgbtq and the homeless population. It was rather straightforward. They have a great mission statement and you have to be passionate about the work. The work ranges from manhattan to Brooklyn
