During the FE/final evaluation section, the environment felt more focused on pushing aggressive sales rather than positioning candidates as tutors or educators. Candidates were trained to build urgency and continuously push for closing, which sometimes felt uncomfortable and overly pressuring toward parents.
I also noticed many discussions online from parents describing concerns about feeling pressured to purchase programs. This creates a negative impression because education services should prioritize guidance and learning, not excessive sales pressure.
Additionally, my experience with one member of the technical/evaluation team was extremely unpleasant due to the communication style used. Some comments were delivered in a way that felt disrespectful and emotionally hurtful rather than constructive. Professional feedback is important, but it should still be communicated with empathy and professionalism.
The overall environment felt mentally draining and, at times, toxic.
