      ### 1. **Initial Screening** - **Application Review:** The hiring team reviews resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates who meet the basic qualifications. - **Phone Interview:** A brief phone call with HR to discuss the candidate's background, interest in the role, and understanding of Algorithmics' mission and values. ### 2. **Technical Assessment** - **Online Coding Test:** Shortlisted candidates receive a coding challenge focusing on JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. This test evaluates problem-solving skills and understanding of MERN stack principles. - **Project Submission:** Candidates may be asked to submit a small project or a coding sample demonstrating their ability to build a full-stack application using the MERN stack. ### 3. **Technical Interview** - **Interview with Engineers:** This stage involves one or more technical interviews with Algorithmics' engineers. The focus is on deep diving into MERN stack concepts, data structures, algorithms, and system design. Expect coding exercises and discussions on past projects. - **Code Review Session:** Candidates might be asked to review and critique a piece of code or a project.
