Meet with department managers then with Owners. Very conversational interview process. More like a meeting. One of the best interview processes. Take a personality test. Straight forward. You then will sit on the floor with the group getting to know the process of what you will be doing. Then you typically go home and think about it. If you want this job as in any sales job ask for it.
