      The recruiting director is one of the best recruiters I've ever met. She's the no nonsense type, and it's greatly appreciated. My experience is with the Customer Success Management. This review is on no reflection of the rest of the organization. We as humans have a certain level of decency we are expected to have of other. The experience I had showed a lack of experience, major character flaw, and a major gap within the CS team. Never in my professional career have I been so belittled, with a type of ignorance that shouldn't be seen in a workplace . I do recommend that situation being addressed immediately, as a synopsis. Awesome recruiting team, questionable talent within management in customer success, but overall good product on a mission.

      The process consisted of 3 interviews. The first interview is with the director, then the manager. The third interview consisted of 1 presentation which had a panel of 3 people.

      First round was a phone screen with a recruiter. Second round was two 30-min Zoom interviews with directors followed by an email-writing 'test' Third round was where my experience turned negative. Three more 30-min Zoom interviews. The third one was not ideal. They had clearly never looked at my resume and had no questions prepared to ask me. I carried the conversation that was filled with awkward pauses.

      Entretien

      I applied to AlertMedia in August and someone reached out to me in October to see if I was still interested. I met with a Recruiter, a director, the Chief Customers Officer and a few more directors. I believe it was a 6 step process. I mention that because it never felt like a hassle or stressful. Every single person I met with was amazing, they were very friendly and conversational and the questions they asked were thoughtful and weren't there to "trick me". I can't say it was an "easy" interview process but it was a comfortable one, at least for me.
