the interview went well but their recruiter did not inform of the decision, upon following up, i was notified that they may consider my application for a different role which I found interesting and informed them of the same. after that, the recruiter Ghosted me. no reply to my emails. I followed up twice but never got a response.
it is okay not getting the position but when you are considered for a different role by recruiter, they should keep you in loop

The process started off quite nice. I did two behavioural tests and proceeded to the interview stage.
At the interview, she went on to ask me the usual “tell me about yourself” question.
The most surprising thing about that interview was that she never paid any attention to all I had to say throughout the process.
It was very obvious from the get go that she wasn’t interested in me or she had filled the role already.
She proceeded to send me the rejection email on a Saturday morning 😀
It was a complete waste of time for me.
Thank you for your input. I apologize if we did not get back to you. I am usually prompt at returning emails and following up. There was certainly no intention to ghost you. We wish you much success in your career search.

Very informal one on one interview with both owners of the company who are brothers. I thought the first interview was a joke, some guy walked into the room who just got back from the gym after his work out. asked primarily behavioral type questions (i think to make it sound like they knew how to interview). a basis review of resume and questions on how you would fit into the company
