I applied through their job portal for Singapore for a React JS job. Got a call form the HR in couple of days and he scheduled a technical round which was a 20 mins round. The technical guy asked me about my work and technologies I know. Then he gave me an assignment to do in React. I spent a week doing the assignment as I was new to React. I shared the assignment with the HR and was hoping for a response in 2-3 days. I waited for a week and mailed the HR for updates. No reply again. I dropped another mail after 10 days asking an update. The HR replied back saying that they have shifted their focus on hiring other roles. This was unprofessional from the HR. If the position was on hold or they were not planning to hire React JS developers, the HR should have told me before working on the assignment. Moreover the HR didn't even bother to reply to my mails. It was waste of my efforts! I have had a bad experience with Aleph Labs.
