First, their Human resource representative interviewed me and after that, an exam was given to me. I prepared like 2 days and they contact me again with their tech lead on the phone.

Got an Interview invitation from Aleph HR from Malaysia. After the initial screening interview tests, they gave the schedule for the technical round interview. While I was waiting for the interview, Aleph's interviewer was not present. When I inquire them they said they have forgotten and reschedule it. The technical interview was not that tough asked about the latest technology stuff with project examples and in the end, asked to submit a project sample with the required technical areas. I have submitted the project on time, again no update from HR. Again had to inquire about the application, HR said they have got great feedback from the technical team and they would proceed further with the application. After that also I had to follow up and again give hope for the interview date but no interview. After a few weeks of follow-ups, HR said they have held the position, and that's it. Total waste of time and energy and does not think about employees.
