I applied online and was contacted a little over one week later for an initial phone screen with two interviewers, then an on-site behavioral interview (company provided lodging and reimbursement for transportation) with four different interviewers (four one-on-one interviews), including an interview with your prospective manager. Interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Similar questions were asked by each of the interviewers.

First phone call - we scheduled a time to do a phone interview. Second phone call - phone interview was actually a conference call with four to six people from various departments. After those two phone calls they immediately went into a background check. Three weeks later I received a phone call where they talked about my offer. The next day they formally sent me an offer letter via email to be signed and sent back.
