Initial screening interview was short but optimistic. They asked multiple questions already answered on the application and in my resume. They asked a few more detailed questions about experience and said they will be following up within a week to schedule a second interview. After the initial call however, communication fell silent. I followed up after the stated timeline but never heard back. A simple reply would have been appreciated even if it's "we are moving forward with other candidates". Transparency and communication don't seem to be high priorities.
