Awful, my interview was at 11 am and established 1 week before the date of the interview. I was only told to arrive at the store at a specific time. There were no instructions on where within the store to go and I got no response when I asked for where to go within the store. Then once I finally found my interviewer they appeared surprised to see me me. After excusing themselves for a moment and coming back I was told that the position was no longer available. They had interviewed three people before and given the job to all three of them. I asked for further clarification and I was told that they had taken the advertised full-time position and divided it into three part-time positions. I was then told that if I still wanted to work for them I could interview and possibly work most Saturdays. Over all the process was incredibly disrespectful and wasteful of my time.
