easy process, apply online or in-store, two interviews, there is an initial interview and a second interview if invited back. After completeing the two interviews then you have to attend a 4 hour training/orientation. Overal very basic questions about customer service and how you handle yourself in difficult situations. Very nice enviornment to work in, every body is very friendly and the company promotes a "family" atmosphere.
