I applied online and the store manager called me in for an interview. She brought me upstairs and asked me to describe myself. I tried to act confident and I could tell I was putting off a good vibe. She gave me some role play situation (customer was angry, what would you do?). This continued for about 15 more minutes. She wrote down some things and she said I got the job on the spot and all I had to do was pass a drug test.

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.

Long. I was in there for about 2 hours. Easy, not many people I talked too. Mostly the manager and that's about it. Alright first job. Want to do more out side of this.
