Received an email to take a coding challenge, however I did not receive a link. Emailed the recruiter twice yet there was no reply. Why would someone want to work for a company that treats their candidates so poorly?

I received an invitation for a coding challenge on Hackerank. They said if I passed all the test cases, they will contact me for the next step. (Why do I need 30 words?)
