Send in your resume to alaskatourjobs.com and pick where you want to work (top three) and which positions, then fill out a bunch of information. Next, phone interview. They were mostly looking for my ability to be friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable, perhaps some of the most important attributes of a tour guide. Last, they call you back and extend the job or inform you of denial.

It was a phone interview, they generally just wanted to make sure of my availability, reliability and overall personability. Days later they called to offer me a position contingent on obtaining a CDL
