First, I applied online with my CV and cover letter. Then, I was asked what Akzonobel challenge was. Next, I got a telephone interview and passed that, to which I advanced to the assessment center.

They asked several technical questions such as What is the composition of a paint, some chemistry based question regarding polymerisation, more specifically polyamide and polyesters.

Entretien
Hiring process consisted of a formal application (CV and cover letter submission) followed by a relaxed interview which was a mix of technical and competency based questions. Overall, the process was relatively quick.
