Fast turnaround. Interview over phone with Recruiter, and then Facetime with Hiring Manager, Not very personable, but efficient. The Hiring Manager was young, European, and very dry. After the first 5 minutes I knew there was not a fit. Their issues will continue if they continue to make the same mistakes in hiring and performance.

Applied for a role and was sent an email saying I had been unsuccessful from the Recruitment Advisor. Few days later I was contacted by the current HRBP who was a consultant at the time to arrange a phone interview! Had the phone interview later that week and was very positive call. He was going to speak to the new HRD that had recently been promoted into post and come back to me. Never happened. Very bad candidate experience from the initial email stating not been successful to no feedback after interview.
