I applied for the job through the company website. I had a phone screen with the HR recruiter and then a phone screen with the hiring manager. The in-person interview was a half day meeting with 6 team members and it included lunch. The interview seemed to go well. There was nothing really difficult about the questions. Not sure why an offer was not extended.

It was a very long interview process that started with a recommendation in September. They took 4 weeks between first approach to first interview with the hiring manager, the interview was long and successful.Then 3 weeks for an interview with a “peer” after that silence which was Ok.My last interaction was on dec 5 when I asked the recruiter for an update via text message…and nothing! Finally on Dec 25 I received a generic rejection email.

Entretien
The whole recruitment process was amazing and different from other companies.
The attention to details from the HR was great.
A lot of discussions and interview and at the end a marathon panel :)
