I applied Scrum Master role in Krakow. I had 1 HR, 3 Technical interviews. Each interview was arranged by different HR person. I don’t know why. Last interview happened with Program Manager from UK, whom had no idea what’s Scrum or Scrum Master. Simple questions and I’ve received no feedback more than one month and half. I contacted with recruiters but they never returned back. It was total waste of time. If you don’t want to continue with candidate, provide feedback at least and don’t keep them hopeful.
