Process was quiet easy as people in the company was dubious about there offerings . Random rounds were conducted . In first round some random Manager came and asked some technical stuffs which was quiet easy . In Second round some real scenarios and use cases were discussed . In third Director and hiring Manager asked some basic stuffs and current experience with some basics experience about Agile Methodology . In HR round I have been told that everything is positive and they will let me know the result . After waiting me to wait for two months I have been told position went on hold due to some approvals . It is waste of time going for this company as they do not have clearity to standardize the process .

Very lengthy and strenuous interview process. Had 7 rounds of interview wick took almost 8 weeks time - 1 telephonic and 3 tones had to go their Office since I'm From Bangalore. Excel Test, case study presentation rounds. I had performed all the rounds well and received positive feedback from everybody. They even asked me to send my payslips and other documents. But dint get back to me later. When I called up after weeks, they said I ve not got selected. It was so surprising for me. They said I'm a bit soft spoken for the role. I found it as a lame reason to be told after 7 rounds and 2 months of waiting. . I also suspect internal politics and the interview process as an eye wash.
