seems that the company don’t have standard procedures for recruitement. I had uncomfortable feelings from staring to end during interviewing. The role was a senior tech role and Akamai is an internet company as well. It is unbelievable interviewers looked like very junior on both tech and skills to face customers. what they asked showed they didn’t care tech and no-experience. From the market, the company is declining.
