It was just a quick call on the phone. More like a conversation and it wasn't high pressure at all. Just asked what I studied in school. Would I be okay working 12 hours a week. And then just told me the next steps in the hiring process. I got the job on the phone.

It was a brief phone interview, that was very easy going. I applied almost two months before I actually got an interview because the company was about to start it's busy season. Interviewed with my current site manager who liked me over the phone, so he decided to hire me. The whole process was remote.
