The recruitment process at Airwalk Reply was truly exceptional in my experience. My recruitment contact invested a lot of time in teaching me about the company, to ensure that it was the right fit for me, as well as trying to understand if I was the right fit for Airwalk. I got a real sense of the company culture and its values. Communication throughout the process was excellent too - I was kept regularly updated. After being offered the job I was encouraged to start after having a break between my previous role to ensure I felt ready for the new challenge, which I felt was refreshing. The onboarding process was remarkable too, I can’t fault any of it.

All remote. Initial call with head of recruitment, then some back and forth by email to clarify level and salary expectations. First interview with a Manager covered technical knowledge and experience. Second interview with a Partner covered background and aspirations. Final, shorter, conversation with the same Partner picked up some details around role level.
