J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Airvel en févr. 2019

      Entretien

First there was a surprise test before applying. This was easy enough. Then the phone interview which went well. The CEO/ owner seemed very nice and I was pleased he was doing the interview. He seemed generally excited and made me excited as well. Then after the interview there was a surprise programming test which was emailed to me to be completed before the in person interview the next day. The email said it should take about four hours to complete. Of the two lead developer friends I have asked both have said this assignment would take at least a day if not two. It was to use an API I was unfamiliar with as well as numerous other requirements. After setting up my home computer to the right environments I did the project in six hours. I sent them to them and passed out as I had already worked a full shift before the interview. Though I was not 100% satisfied with my code, it fulfilled all requirements and then some. On the way to the interview the next day, while stopping to get gas, I got an email saying the interview was canceled because their lead developer did not like the style of my web page and said I had made some errors in my coding. I said I understood because I did not wanna work for a company that didn't have the decency after all the work i put in to at least see me in person. So I didn't care about the cancellation. I emailed them back to say i understood and that I didn't love the final result either but if they could please let me know what they didn't like so I could improve moving forward. No one ever responded and its been about a month. Clearly the company is more concerned about themselves then the developer community so i would suggest keeping that in mind before applying.
