Easy and stright forward....HR and hire right do most of background check. Once you have completed the online application and you are selected for a interview the manager will call you in.
Phone call then in person meet and greet. Dealing with HR was a little aggravating but I’ve dealt with worse. Overall just be patient and it’ll all work out in the end!
