I was contacted by a recruiter, who set up an interview with four of the team leads. Once I went through that I was contacted the next day to come in and meet with a director and one of the VPs for a final interview the following week. I was given an offer the following day.

The hiring process was great! Everyone that interviewed me was welcoming and transparent. They really want to know who you are and they use that to determine if you have what they are looking for.
