First you get a first contact by phone with simple questions. You also have to fill some tests online for logic, english and comprenhension skills. I you pass the first part you are invited to an assessment centre with several phases.
I was invited to an assessments centre in stevenage and we had some group activities with other around 10 people, followed by individual interviews. Travel and accomodation was reimbursed and it was overall a positive experience

Challenging but very organised. There are different stages, but everything was explained carefully. The people were also very nice, though one guy just somehow kept on talking about my wrong pronunciation/accent..
