I applied through college placements. Two rounds of interviews happened after a written test. Interview was easy. Interviewer was asking conceptual questions from Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics.
He was very polite and was just checking how I approach to solve a particular problem. Overall, It was nice experience.
four steps process: First step is technical MCQ exam, second step is technical interview, third stage is managerial interview, final round is HR interview. MCQ Exam is purely conceptual. Good experience

Entretien
They take Aptitude Tests then Technical tests from Aerospace backgrounds, like Basic thermodynamics, Basic fluid mechanics, and then interviews. In an interview, they ask about your project or thesis work. and some basic technical questions regarding thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
