Series of online tests, some of which are ridiculous and don't seem to assess the skills required for this role at Airbus. Was then invited to a virtual assessment centre consisting of group exercises and a technical interview. Finished the assessment centre and was followed up by a generic rejection email that didn't provide any feedback at all.

I was invited to an assessments centre in stevenage and we had some group activities with other around 10 people, followed by individual interviews. Travel and accomodation was reimbursed and it was overall a positive experience

Challenging but very organised. There are different stages, but everything was explained carefully. The people were also very nice, though one guy just somehow kept on talking about my wrong pronunciation/accent..
