The interview process for the intern positions consisted of an Assessment Day in which the candidates were split into several teams. As part of the group exercise, the candidates had to work together within their team in order to solve a problem and present their conclusion within a short period of time all under the observation of the examiners. Once concluded, individual interviews took place.
