After contacting the units recruiting office, they should let you know what requirements are to apply. They will be extensive and likely take months to complete, including extensive physicals, and testing of aptitude. If selected for the interview process, you will be expected to show up at a given time and place with around 10 other candidates. You will be shown around the unit and invited to squadron social functions. They are trying to determine if you a good fit for the unit. You will eventually be brought in to be questions by a number of senior and mid ranking officers. They will have a number of questions for you, they will be hard, you will be stressed out, but keep as cool as you can. Its supposed to be hard.
