It was a Job fair and they did not call you in order of arrival, I had someone who signed in after me and she was called up almost immediately. I was one of the first 15 to sign in, and was one of the very last to be interviewed. Waited 6 hours in a room, and they offered the same pretzel snacks you'd get on an airplane. Very disorganized and made me not want to work for the company afetr 3 hours of waiting

Group interview, watched company information, broken into groups, scenario and analysis, than asked to wait, and would be contacted by email or phone, was standard, cant go into specifics as per confidentiality and privacy requirements

My whole interview was great until I got to do my medical. Apparently the nurse said that the Flight Attendant jumpsuit seatbelt is not adjustable for my weight? And I was 2 inches too big. I’m an average person not an overweight when I send an email to Air Canada rouge. They never responded at all. I asked for an explanation if this is correct with the nurse judgement, they didn’t respond at all. All I got was an email saying that I was not qualified. I believe I was discriminated and judge unfairly. Nowhere in there job application states how much weight and interest you should be to begin with. I’ve been a Flight Attendant for five years on a previous Airline and I know for sure the Flight Attendant jump seats are adjustable.
