Phone screening, followed by on premise multiple panel interviews. These are a mixture of tech and personality questions. Mine was 9 years ago. Initial phone screen was with HR , then a 30 minutes with hiring nanager
The application form insisted on collecting my full social security number. A job application does not need a social security number! I closed the window and moved on to other applications for companies that do not request that information.
