Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Had a first round of screening call with a Senior Engineer. It wasn't a coding round, just an enquiry about basics of JS, browser and tech stack I work on Recruiter reverted with a go ahead and scheduled 2 more rounds with 2 Senior Managers. The rounds were scheduled in US west cost hours, so had to adjust accordingly. Had a great friendly conversation with both of them. Later was asked about my salary expectations, and said they are really excited to move forward. Which is weird since I only had one technical round. Was ghosted my recruiter and didn't received any communication. Messaged them asking for feedback. No feedback. Total waste of time. Be more receptive towards the time of candidate you are wasting. The way a company treats in an interview process is a reflection of its internal working.
