The initial screening was scheduled for 5:30 BRT but no recruiter showed up to the meeting. I found it a bit disrespectful because there was a timezone of 12hrs, which made me wake up earlier in the morning for nothing. No one entered and no clarifications were made later.

Selection is completely dependent upon the hiring Manager. But the Process is nice. HR will communicate with the interviewee and take feedback.

The process was very lengthy. They said everything was good and then after making me do 8-9 rounds of interviews, including an in-person one, they rejected me based on years of experience I had rather than skill. It was super disappointing because my years of experience was never a secret since the beginning and the team gave all positive feedback.
