Entretien
1) Recruiter initially contacted me on LinkedIn.
2) Screening call with the recruiter
3) Logic maths and overall capability tests online
4) 3 interviews, first one with the hiring manager, second one with the future team lead of the position, third one with the EU Director.
5) Offer letter a couple days afterwards, with a good follow up in between interviews and along the process.

1) Situation where you had to handle rejection and dissatisfied partner
2) Situation where data motivated a choice
3) Situation regarding a negotiation
3 stages interview. Face to face for 2 stages and 1 online and case study/assesment needed. Standard questions overall.
Met w HR, Manager & country director.
Quite fast response time.

Entretien
The interview here doesn't seem to be a legit process. The HR just completes their numbers by randomly taking interviews. There is no transparency in terms of what the outcome is. I have been interviewed 7 times and not even for once was i given a clear feedback on anything. Seems like the leaders here are just filling positions with their known and wasting the time of other candidates.
