The first one was generic but with a mini-case to see your thought process, the other one was more focused on the team's work on customer experience

Question 1
What metrics would you use to evaluate the agent's performance?
Lengthy process but was interesting overall, asked a variety of questions and case studies. Overall process took ~2 months from first email to offer. Aptitude test was difficult, but cumulatively not too bad.
The process includes some self-introduction, asking about your past experience, your WHY to this company and some situational-based questions like other interviews. At the end, I gotta do case interview at least one, but in the final interview I got 2 case interviews to be solved. Preparing for the case interview will be beneficial.
