5 rounds, 1 hour per round. 1 HR, 3 people from finance, 1 person from marketing. Behavioral questions and case studies. The whole process lasted for about 6 weeks and two interviews were scheduled at the last minute.

Got the SHL test, practiced with the available sources online including SHL's own test material.
The real test was much harder and very different. It was the interactive type with lots of scheduling and pie charts. Some were easy some were complex with lots of calculations mostly percentages. The practice didn't provide any help since the test was totally different.
I finished roughly the half of the test and ran out of time.
I am not expecting to be scheduled for an interview based on my bad performance on the test.
It was a bad experience since I invested the time to prepare but the test was totally different than I expected. I am left with the feeling that they designed this test to make people fail by default. I salute the people who can ace this test on time, you are geniuses.

The first round was with head of finance and senior manager, very technical question and you should get your success story handy. Use STAR technique might help you on this. All in English since the interviewer are not Thai.
