Application for Customer Service in Bangkok. March 2015.
Process took 52 Days in total.
1. Email 3 days later with 2 written Test and English Test (around 60 questions)
2. Telephone interview after 3 days. General questions and role-play. Nice talk. 25min.
3. Email 14 days later for a Skype interview.
Nice talk, smooth interview 30 min. General Weakness, strenghts, skills, why this job... questions.
4. Email 16 days later for Skype second interview.
Nice lady, best interview so far. Mostly same questions as before, We laugh, was 40 min.

5. Email 7 days later for Skype final round interview..
Worst interview I ever had as job seeker, had the feeling since the first min that she was not interested in my application. Some personal questions without paying too much attention to my answers.
Lasted less that 20 min.
6. Email 5 days later: "thank you" letter. I do not meet the requirements for the role.

Interview process was not as an interview. Interviewer was more focusing on previous company rather than asking questions about current job vacancy. Interviewer was not focusing on how an interviewer should be....

Sent CV via staffing agency and a week later, AgodaTalentPitch URL was sent to take some tests which included role-play video (x2), math test, personality test, and etc. (nearly took 2+ hours!) Then on to a face-to-face interview. Approx. 2-3 week process until the interview.
