30 min call via Teams. The recruiter started by talking briefly of the design team structure and asked me to give a quick introduction of myself, then proceed to make questions about my experience with a past project. Due to the short time available, they asked to make the answers concise. Finished with an open QA session about Agoda and said how the recruitment process was (how many phases, with whom).
Overall, it was a great experience. The process was smooth and well-organized. you quickly knew your result without unnecessary delays. This kind of efficiency is rare and much appreciated. Great

What are some of the constraints you faced during this project, what are the tradeoffs you had to make and how you go about it?
Hiring manager interview went well (though they asked very canned, boring questions) and the manager said that the recruiter would schedule the next round of interviews. The recruiter ghosted me for 2 weeks and then rejected me for the role. It was the worst interview process I've ever had at a large company.
