Agoda HR contacted me via Linkedin and invited me to apply for their Bangkok based Senior Product manager role and then I sent HR my latest CV and arranged the first interview. Shortly after that, we had second interview with a senior product manager in their team. The day after the second interview, I got a the rejection email. The process lasted for 2 weeks.
According to my experience, Agoda's recruit process has improved a lot, the HR is very professional and gave very detailed introduction to Agoda's business and the recruit process. They no long required the candidates to take online tests before shortlist and the HR even provided me with some materials to facilitate my preparation.

It was very difficult and lengthy one . Process is tale around one month time . Many round will be there and it is difficult as well .first round will be shl followed by interviewer screening followed by two others round and final is behavioral round

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. After filling out the application form she requested, I received an automated rejection email. I asked what is going on and they told me the interview is cancelled, without any reasoning. Why reach out then?
Screening call with TA recruiter.
1 hour with a product leader - 30 mins competency based questions. 30 mins on the spot case study questions - a situation is presented and then questions asked about how you would look to solve a specified product problem - what hypotheses do you have, how you can test it and using what data.
