J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Agoda (Bengaluru) en mai 2019
Entretien
The interview was for Thailand office. Firstly, right after my application, got a mail from HR asking to explain about the things you like, you do not like in your current organization. They also asked me to rate out of 10 in java.
After a week, got another mail stating the schedule for the first round.
First round was completely Java Coding round using BlueJeans(Skype alike). I was given an assignment to complete in a day. Have completed and sent the assignment in a day.
After completing the assignment, I got a mail after a week reg. the second round. It was mostly about general QA questions and practices.
I was told there would be a cultural round, which would be third. However, I got a mail that I have not cleared the 2nd round. Uff.

The process for me was separated into 2 parts:
1. The technical skill assessment - related to the role that you signed up for.
2. The mindset assessment.
(Note: There can be more than 1 session for each part.)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Describe the situation in your recent previous job where you've encountered work-related challenges, and explain how you have overcome them.

Don't waste your time in this interview. Interview process is well organized , but people working there are not competent enough to hear anything they don't know.
Also , even if you pass the first round , in second round , which is supposed to be the technical round , they don't have the feedback of the first interviewer and ask the behavioral questions for time pass . At the end , you will get a mail stating that , you are not selected . My advice to upper management would be to record the interviews and see whats happening in the process since this is the sole reason , why they are not able to select candidates even after 6 months of struggle (as interviewers might say).
